Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that products purchased during a clearance sale are non-returnable.

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service at connect@deepkaexports.com or call us at +91-9958422161 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the pick-up and replacement of the product.

All bags and accessories must be returned with their original tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
